The Kit includes:
A special card to enclose with your invitations This card will explain Kidd’ Kids to your guests and asks them to consider giving a donation to the charity in lieu of (or in addition to) birthday gifts, A Kidd’s Kid Brochure and DVD, and A self-addressed postage paid envelope that you will use to send the money collected to us after your event
There is not a fee for this option
Deluxe Birthday Party Kit
This option allows you to personalize your birthday party event by ordering Kidd’s Kids merchandise to hand out to your party guests. Some items include Tshirts, banners, awareness bracelets, DVDs, bags, golf shirts, hats, visors, etc. Other premium items can be customized to commemorate your event (please allow additional delivery time for customized items). An order form will be sent so you can select the items and quantities needed for your event
The cost for this option depends on the quantity of items selected
Extreme Birthday Party Kit
This option allows you to have a special birthday greeting created for the birthday boy or girl by the Kidd Kraddick In The Morning Show. This personalized message will be sent to you on a compact disc along with a signed photograph of the show’s cast.
The cost for this option is $300.00
Ultimate Birthday Party Kit
This option allows you to have a special guest appearance by one of the Kidd Kraddick In The Morning show cast members at your birthday party event.
The cost for this option is $1,000.00 and is available on a limited basis

We will need to receive your event order form at least two weeks before you plan on sending out your invitations. We also offer an email version of the insert, if you are planning on sending an e-vite type of invitation for the party.
